Great host! They were super flexible and patient with my lack of experience using the Airbnb app. The family was friendly, and our son even got to meet and play with theirs on our last day—such a nice touch. We really appreciated the thoughtfulness of having food and water bowls ready for our dog, plus a towel for wiping his paws. The setting is beautiful, the kitchen is well-equipped, and the home itself is lovely overall. Highly recommend—thank you, from the Stanley Family

Wonderful stay! The kitchen was amazing, everything was spotless, and the view was beautiful. Greg was incredibly kind and responsive. It turned into a perfect little impromptu getaway for my daughter and me. Such a cute place with plenty of room to relax.

We greatly enjoyed our stay, the cabin was a perfect private retreat in the woods, and nearby all of Hocking Hills State Park. We look forward to returning, and staying again!

One of my favorite Airbnb stays. The atmosphere around the cabin was so serene & peaceful. We had everything we needed for our stay and the place was nice & clean. The hot tub was a wonderful addition - especially with the backdrop of a beautiful snow! About 25 min to Logan & 6 min to Laurelville. Plenty nearby for food and hiking. The bed was nice and comfy, as were the couches. Definitely would stay again!

We had a great time at the cabin. We only had two days/nights to enjoy it, but it was a great time. We used the cabin as a central location for all of our Hocking Hills hikes and even spent time walking the trails on the property. The last morning, we saw 4 deer on the other side of the pond, walking up into the woods. Check in and check out was a breeze.

Great house for a quick weekend getaway! Home was very clean and felt cozy. Quick drive to Hocking Hills for us to go hiking. Hot tub and fire pit was great as well. Greg is a great host and responded to any questions very quickly and was extremely nice, even checked in on us upon arrival and after checkout. Couldn’t recommend this place enough!

My stay at Greg's cozy cliffside cabin was outstanding! The host is polite, proactive, and communicative. The property was clean and exactly as described and photographed in the listing (what a quaint little cabin!). The check-in process and key code worked seamlessly. All the essentials I expected were provided, including cookware, toiletries, linens, and even towels for the hot tub. You can't beat the location, which is a perfect balance between private, remote, but a short drive to restaurants, a grocery store, and all the hiking your heart desires. The hot tub was icing on the cake! During my stay, we got 4 inches of snow. Greg was proactive to warn me about the incoming storm, and the driveway was plowed first thing in the morning. Greg and Red Oak Retreats are setting the gold standard for Airbnb--thank you for making my trip to Hocking Hills exemplary!

I reserved this place to get some space for my OU student to study for finals and I could cook some homecooked meals. This was so lovely to have and will definitely be repeating this practice moving forward!
